It is a general contracting company founded in the province of Basra in 2009 and headed by Mr. Omar Abdel Jalil Abdul-Hussein and classified first degree in construction works number 8563  in the Iraqi Ministry of Planning and is now working with the Italian oil company(  Eni  )since November  months of last year, a contract maintenance and service and will continue to  lasts for three years
